All ‘Safe as Houses’ Site Inspectors are subject to a  Police Check on an annual basis, and hold current Working With Children accreditation for their state or territory. They undergo comprehensive program of  proprietary training with 'Safe As Houses.'

All ‘Safe as Houses’ Site Inspectors are required to commit to the ‘Safe as Houses’ Code of Conduct statement.

The ‘Safe as Houses’ Leadership and Management Team are subject to the same requirements.


‘Safe as Houses’ staff are issued with credentials and photo identification.





As a Proprietary Limited Company registered in Australia (CAN TBA), ‘Safe as Houses’ is fully compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements including corporate governance, reporting, and taxation.







Safe as Houses’ is committed to the safety and protection of its staff and contractors in undertaking site inspections and reports.


In the event any ‘Safe as Houses’ site inspector is denied access; subject to obstructive or abusive actions, language or behavior; or subject to any issues or circumstances the inspector considers to be of an unacceptable risk, the inspector

may choose to cease the inspection and leave the premises.


Under such circumstances, the site inspector will provide a full report of the situation to the client, and the full fee will be payable.
